SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2 – 5 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on selected promotional orders or minimum order values (if applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders may require call or SMS confirmation before dispatch.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

For high-value orders, advance payment may be required. Our team will contact you with payment details if applicable. Orders will only be dispatched once payment confirmation is received.

Customers who have previously canceled or refused delivery may be required to make full advance payment on future orders.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not deliver on UAE public holidays.

  • Specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed as deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
