You will be required to share clear pictures of the damaged product along with your invoice or order number to help us assess the issue.
If the issue is verified as our fault, the customer may choose one of the following options:
Full refund
Replacement with the same product
Exchange for another product of the same value
Store credit voucher equal to the purchase amount
Skinstation.ae will bear the return shipping charges in case of confirmed damaged or incorrect items.
The refund or exchange process may take approximately 6–8 working days after approval.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Refunds are processed only for genuine reasons such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved for reasons other than our error, delivery charges may be deducted based on parcel weight.
Orders may require confirmation via call or SMS before dispatch.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options across the UAE.
For high-value orders, advance payment may be required.
Orders will only be dispatched after successful confirmation.
